The staff were really accommodating and friendly, but

Towels, A Continuous Challenge

The rooftop pool and bar were lovely spots to unwind. Even the mattress was incredibly comfortable, making it tough to get out of bed each morning.

However, we faced a lot of issues with towel service throughout our stay.

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights. The air conditioning was perfect for the warm Medellin climate, and the room had a cozy corner perfect for relaxing. The staff were attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, setting a great tone for the day.

The location can be a bit busy at times.

the staff at haven a design were fantastic and really helpful, answering all our questions. the rooftop bar was a nice spot to relax without feeling overcrowded. it's also super close to parque lleras, which made it easy to enjoy the nightlife.

i’ve stayed at this hotel before in medellin, but this time was even better! the staff were super attentive and helped with everything, from food delivery to room requests. the rooftop bar and pool were fantastic and made our evenings memorable during the celebrations.

It was just a strong match for a two-day stay in Medellin with good price-quality ratio. The room was spacious with a nice balcony jacuzzi that was a relaxing treat. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise. it can get lively at night.

My stay was disappointing due to cleanliness issues. The room had hair in various spots, which made it uncomfortable. Furthermore, it was very noisy, with sounds coming from the street and other rooms. Management was unresponsive to my feedback, leaving me feeling neglected and frustrated.
