Towels, A Continuous Challenge
The rooftop pool and bar were lovely spots to unwind. Even the mattress was comfortable.
We faced a lot of issues with towel service throughout our stay. Waiting an hour for basic amenities like towels felt unacceptable.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here during our trip. Stayed for 3 nights in this gorgeous place, loved that. The staff members were very helpful and attentive. Asked for double room and it was good sized with 2 beds. The service was exceptional as we had expected. The hotel's location was particularly good, near to Close to many places : bars, near amazing neighourhoods for both daytime exploration, and all bars & restaurants.

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights. The air conditioning was perfect for the warm Medellin climate, and the room had a cozy corner perfect. The staff were attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or requests. Breakfast was fresh and delicious every morning, setting a great tone for the day.
The location can be a bit busy at times.

The staff at haven a design were fantastic and really helpful, answering all our questions. The rooftop bar was a nice spot to relax without feeling overcrowded. It's also super close to parque lleras, easy to enjoy the nightlife.
